Pam Davis – Legal Executive

Pam is a Registered Legal Executive with many years experience having worked in Upper Hutt for many years before joining us. Pam is involved in all of our conveyancing files and deals with the transactional aspects of the file. It is likely to be Pam’s cheery voice on the phone telling you the settlement has been completed. Pam loves the outdoors and escaping to the Wairarapa coast as soon as Friday settlements are completed.

1. Why did you become a legal executive?
   I was encouraged to undertake study to give me a better understanding of the legal principles underlying the work I was already doing. I have never regretted it.
2. When you are not being a legal executive what do you like doing most?
   Staying away from work, fishing, hunting, sleeping.
3. Where is your special place in the region?
   The Wairarapa coast. I love the isolation with great fishing and hunting right on the doorstep.
4. What is your favourite shop/restaurant?
   Restaurant – home. We have our own supply of marvellous fish and game, why would I need to go out?
   Shop: The Supermarket. I hate shopping !!
5. How would you describe your style of practice?
   Attention to detail. Friendly, professional and always available.
6. If you had to give a first homebuyer a single piece of advice, what would it be?
   Relax – we are here to take care of the detail. We make sure your transaction goes through smoothly.
