Note:

1) Where any additional attendances are required (e.g. drafting or negotiating the agreement for sale and purchase, disputes with the other party, cross-leases, unit titles, trust or corporate purchaser, ancillary documentation, execution out of town or urgency) additional time based fees and disbursements will be payable. We will provide you with an estimate of any additional fees as soon as we have assessed the likely extent of the additional attendances. The above fees are effective from 18 July 2011 and are subject to review.

2) LINZ registration fees, Personal Property Security Register fees (to confirm that chattels being acquired are not subject to charges), on-line services, cellphone, photocopying, other charges relating to file administration are charged as disbursements and vary from file to file. We will be happy to provide you with an estimate of those charges for your transactions.
